A playful way to explore simple yoga poses, plus gentle stretching and movement to music. Class will also introduce age-appropriate breathwork and ‘relaxation’.
Siblings are welcome too – just get in touch first to book multiple spaces (under 1’s come along free).
Little ones will need to be in bare feet or grippy socks, but Halloween Fancy Dress welcome!
Parents / Carers will need to stay! This is a chance to participate in something together and have some focussed time to connect.
