About me
I completed my baby massage training with the International Association of Infant Massage, the largest and longest standing worldwide association solely dedicated to baby massage. Their comprehensive, evidence backed training is taught in over 70 countries, well respected, well researched and endorsed to be a high quality programme.
I completed my diploma in Baby Yoga with Birthlight. A UK based charity, Birthlight provide trusted teacher-training courses globally, with courses focussed on yoga designed specifically to nurture the physical and mental well-being of women, babies and new parents.
