Baby yoga

Classes focus on your baby, the gentle movements aid circulation and digestion as well as support muscle tone, coordination, and the development of your baby’s body awareness.

What can I expect?

  • The classes focus on your baby, with dry massage, gentle movements and stretches intertwined into a relaxing routine.

  • As the babies gain strength and head control we move to more energetic and fun routines.

  • The classes incorporate some gentle stretches and movements for you too and the opportunity to explore movement together.

  • Importantly though, they provide a calm and supportive environment and plenty of time to engage and be present with your baby.

  • The focus of this course is to work with babies from the age of 12 weeks until they are too mobile to enjoy a baby yoga class.
