Toddler yoga

Yoga-inspired poses, stretches and movements, weaved amongst songs, rhymes and stories to create an inspiring, fun and engaging class for toddlers. Weekly themes keep little ones interested, whilst the classes also introduce your toddler to concepts of relaxation, breathing and gratitude.

Surely my toddler isn’t going to do yoga?

  • A toddler yoga class looks a little bit different to an adult yoga class!

  • The classes are fun , busy and full of energy as we use stories, songs and rhymes to create an inspiring, sensory and movement based class.

  • Typical yoga poses (asanas) and stretches are weaved amongst weekly themes to keep little ones engaged and interested.

  • Toddler yoga also introduces little ones to focus on their breathing (pranayama), relaxation (savasana) and gratitude.

  • And when you think about it, many ‘adult yoga’ poses emulate what our toddlers naturally do!
