The postnatal period can be demanding and overwhelming, with little space to simply be and ‘PAUS’. This day offers you dedicated time to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be fully present with your baby, without distractions or expectations.
You’ll start the day by strengthening your body and mind with Postnatal Pilates and nourishing breathwork with Lizzie, with your baby right by your side...

Baby Massage and gentle movements with Emily will then be intertwined to provide opportunity to bond and support your baby’s development.

You’ll also have the opportunity to take part in PAUS’ barefoot walk, with babies comfortably in slings or carriers, allowing you to ground, breathe, and move gently through nature together.

This retreat is absolutely baby-led. We expect babies to be babies — to feed, sleep, wriggle and cry. Between Emily and Lizzie, they have 5 boys between age 7 and 1! We are completely at ease working in a room full of little ones.You’re welcome to pause, step in and out, and move at your baby’s pace throughout our time together. We know that babies cry, and that’s expected and most definitely okay.
