A magical and restorative day for you to finally slow down, connect with your baby and make time for yourself.
Strengthen your body and mind with postnatal pilates and nourishing breathwork with your baby right by your side.
Baby massage and gentle movements intertwined to connect to bond and support your baby’s development.
Meet and connect with other mums in a supportive, welcoming environment.
Ground and connect with nature and take the PAUS barefoot walk with your baby in the carrier.
Nourishing lunch in the PAUS bistro.
Please note: *Does not include bathing passes or access to the hot tubs and saunas.
Ps. are you worried your baby is going to cry or be ‘disruptive’? This retreat is absolutely baby-led. We expect babies to be babies — to feed, sleep, wriggle and cry. Between Emily and Lizzie, they have 5 boys between age 8 and 2! We are completely at ease working in a room full of little ones. You’re welcome to pause, step in and out, and move at your baby’s pace throughout our time together. We know that babies cry, and that’s expected and most definitely okay.
